Installed secureanywhere now iPad cannot access wifi. Help?

Hello - installed secureanywhere and now iPad cannot access wifi.  please help 🙂

    Welcome to the Community Forum,
     
    I haven'tt heard of this issue before and I don't think it's a Webroot related.
     
    The only Webroot Programs you can install from the Apple/iTunes is the SecureWeb Browser . Please look here
     
    Then here is a KB articles Here and Here
     
    If you continue to have issue then please submit a Support Ticket and they will look into this for you free of charge with an active subscription.

    Thank you for the quick reply.  Rebooted my router and iPhone and now working.  Daughter left with iPad and will try when she gets back. Assuming it was on our provider side 🙂
