Internet Access is real slow,
Since I installed webroot, my access to CNN and Fox is REEEEAL slow, sometimes CNN takes 2 minutes to get the full page. I have hi-speed access from Verizon both up and down.

The slowness might be caused by Webroot Webfilter. (PC User Guide) edited..
You can disable the Webroot Filter in your browser. Then re-enable to see if that's the cause of your browsing those Websites.
Otherwise can you please Submit a Support Ticket so that they can gather logs from your system and in the Ticket say it's for the BrightCloud Team as they need more info from users to get this corrected so it would be much appreciated.
