My Asus computer was working fine and had internet connection until I purchased and downloaded Webroot on my laptop yesterday. Please help!

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Have you tried uninstalling WSA, to see/confirm that it is indeed the installation of WSA that is the cause of your issue? I would try that first just to make sure it is not an unfortunate coincidence...but if it proves not to be, i.e., a fresh uninstall/reinstall does not resolve the issue, then we need to make sure that there isn't an infection on your machine.
Support will therefore need to look at your logs, just to be sure, which they can do once you Open a Support Ticket.
Please keep us posted with regard to how you are getting on in getting the issue resolved, and we will try to help further if needs be.
