One hour later and I'm still unable to download WebRoot on my iPad. Nothing should be this hard.
I followed the instructions to the letter and still, nada. I give up. I've had Webroot on my PC for years, the mobile devices will have to find another solution. This is ridiculous.

Just to make sure you have Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare
If so then you can only install the Free SecureWeb Browser and if you have the Complete version then you could install the Back Up & Sync, also note that Apple will not allow AV's to run on there iOS devices. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7707879 and here: https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/feature/apple/do-you-need-antivirus-on-ipad-or-iphone-3669234/
