Sorry to say I've researched this and found nothing so all I can say is you could have a PUA or I can give you some popup blockers for your browsers,
Adblock Edge for Firefox
Adguard AdBlocker for Chrome
Internet Explorer there is AdBlock Plus
If you still keep getting this popup you can submit a Support Ticket and they can look in this for you.

If I may interjected here? I would recommend uBlock over AdBlock Plus for Chrome as in my opinion/experience it is as effective but lighter on resources when compared to the latter.
