Isn't it time you fixed this glitch? Simple programming--add the remaining 27 days to the new 365 days. Thx.

Hi TW
I am afraid that this is how the activation of a NEW keycode/subscription, i.e., a 'pseudo' renewal, works as opposed to the 'true' renewal of an existing subscription; where the new subscription period is add to the existing keycode. So at this time you effectively have two subscriptions active.
But what you can do is to Open a Support Ticket, providing the Support Team with both the new and old keycodes, plus your registration email address, and ask then to transfer the remaining days from the old subscription to the new one...they should be able to do that for you.
But most importantly, as an Internet Security Plus user, if you use the Password Manager then you will find that you no longer have access to your password data that stored under the previous keycode/subscription...that is because the data is keyed on a number of things including the activated keycode. Not to worry, all you need to do is, in the same Support Ticket, ask the Support Team to also transfer the password data stored under the old keycode/subscription to the new keycode/subscription, which they should also be able to do for you.
Please not that you need to get the password data transfer done within 30 days of activating the new keycode/subscription otherwise the data will be deleted and it will not be able to be recovered.
Hope that helps? Please let us know if you have any further questions?
Regards, Baldrick
