Hello bryan8723,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

I am afraid that this needs investigating in the back office systems to make sure that there is nothing going on that is untoward there.  Us volunteeers here do not have access to these so I will ping our most excellent Community Manager  in the hope that he can check up on your subscriptions and advise that they are current, etc.

NIc will be in the office tomorrow morning and he'll be able to look you up with your email account.

May I ask you what store you purchased this through? BestBuy perhaps? Anyways we will get this sorted for you soon.

Hope this helps!

they also kept asking me for a serial number on the box under the bar code that started with WBR...i cannot find anything that starts with WBR either on the box or the receipt, is there a reason for this?

Hello,

Yes you should still have support from BestBuy if you just purchased Webroot from them. You can also go here

Here's GeekSquads number 1.800.Geeksquad They should be able to help you because there is a waranty with that webroot product for 30 days I think.

Let us know how things are going and if they can't help you then please get back to us.

Hi bryan8723,

Just call BestBuy store where you purchased Webroot and tell them you bought Webroot from them and they will have your serial number listed with your keycode.  Do you have the receipt still?

I don't see an entry in our system under the email address you used to register on our community.  Let us know what Best Buy says!
