Keep getting "Unknown E-Mail Address" when accessing Password Manager

Have used Webroot for some time now but have never used Password Manager. Decided to try it but everytime it asks to save a password to Webroot, and I put in my login information, I get a error message saying unknown e-mail address. To be clear, I am talking about the browser tool bar and I am using FireFox.
