I just renewed my subscription, when I went to peel the stcker away the code came off to where i can't read it, what am i suppose to do ?

If I may emphasize what Sherry said, DO call Best Buy / Geek Squad. The only version that I am aware of with a peel off sticker is the Best Buy version. They can look up the key code for you with no problem , though please have the box your software came in handy.
Right next to where the key code peel off was is the Best Buy Serial Number: they can use that to access your subscription and locate the key code.
