Malware isn't being detected

I'm getting these ads on my phone every 10 minutes (really bad ones too)
 
ran a check several times and SecureAnywhere isnt detecting anything.
 
membership expires is 27 days. if SecureAnywhere doesnt fix it there is no way I am renewing my subscription

    The following steps may help
    1. Open Webroot SecureAnywhere.
    2. Click on 'Advanced Settings' from the top right.
    3. Select 'Scan Settings' from the left side.
    4. Unselect the option “Detect Potentially Unwanted Applications”
    5. Click on the Save button (you may have to enter in a CAPTCHA)
    6. Reselect the option to “Detect Potentially Unwanted Applications”
