Microsoft-Windows 6.1 UPnP 1.0 wants to access my pc and samsung link asks if I want to allow.
Samsung link popped up a message saying Microsoft-Windows 6.1 UPnP 1.0 at URL 192.168.1.78 wants to access my pc and asks if I want to allow. Is this safe?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
It should be as 192.168.1.78 looks like one of the local webpages used by rrouters (I am presuming that you are connected to the internet behind a router?). To my mind you should be OK accepting this as long as what you are doing at the time lends itself to that sort of requirement. Where you trying to connect a new device to your system...if so was it a Samsung device? If so then IMHO you should be OK.
