I have a mac osx and webroot says no virus but is running very slowly

It's hard to say why your Mac is running slow. Did this just happen after installing Webroot?
Edit: It's possible that you have adware or what we call PUAs
My best advice would be to submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription and they will look into this for you.
