When I first got Webroot, I followed the instructions on the package, downloading the software and inputting my security code; nontheless, my PC won't appear in the PC Security tab.

 

I've been able to run scans on my computer and everything with the software, it's the site that I seem to be having difficulties with.

You appear to have done everything right in this case, as I am assuming that you have set up you online account correctly, etc.

 

However, sometimes one needs to log into the console, select Manage Key Codes (top righ hand side of the web page), and add the keycode to console manually, as in some cases activating the key code on the computer will not automatically add it to the console. So please check that you keycode has been registered in the console, and if not then please added it as described above. If you have had to add it, once added the protected PC should show back up in the Console within 30 minutes. If it does not then please run another scan with WSA as sometimes that is required to kick start the process.

 

If none of the above is pertinent to your situation, or you try it and it still does not work, then give that what appears in the PC Security of the Web Console is handled in the Webroot back office your best bet to getting this resolved is to Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team are made aware of the issue and can look into it for you. The service is free of charge to all WSA users who have an active subscription.
