On my Secure Anywhere board I can't see my passwords, although they are available from the toolbar and will log me in.
I was using FF (but have been having problems with my FF and webroot, so I unistalled/reinstalled FF and still had problems so I took all my addons off, so long story short I'm using Chrome.
How do I get them to show up in the dashboard?
Also is there a way to get my FF working again?

Hello @
Welcome to the Community Forum,
When you say board are you talking about the online Account Console? That's where you will find your online Passwords.
Are your permissions set to access? Please look here. http://www5.nohold.net/Webroot/Loginr.aspx?pid=10&login=1&domain=887&usertext=setting%20permission%20in%20account%20console
To enable your extensions in Chrome right click in the upper right hand corner menu and go to Settings/Extensions and enable the Webroot Filter and enable Password Manager and that will get your extensions back on the dashboard.,
As for FF I don't know what your issues are so I suggest you go to FF help site https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings and look this over and see if this can help. EDITED have you download FF from the right link?https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Hope this helps and if not do get back to us.
Kind Regards,

Thanks. Yes on the dashboard.
I had already looked at the user permissions, but went and rechecked.
PC Security = Admin
Mobile = Access
Services = Passwords with a check mark (but this is all grayed out where I cant change it)

Oh, and as for Chrome both of those extensions are already enabled, but my passwords aren't showing.

Hi Gina,
Sorry you are experiencing this issue and I'm not sure what's going on if you have done everything I suggested.
So all that is left is to submit that Support Ticket and have them take a look. It's free of charge with an active subscription.
