How do I 'unblock' google chrome in Webroot. My spouse accidentally blocked it but I do not see any evidence of it in any of the reports on Webroot nor can I figure out how to undo the block. When I turn off Webroot, Google Chrome works fine, but once I reactivate it, I cannot get access. Any suggestions?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
May I ask what OS you are using would it be Windows Vista or Windows 7? If it is one of these 2 or even Windows XP just go here to unblock it just set to Allow from Block: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4c_ManagingActiveConnections.htm
If you are using Windows 8 we need to do something else.
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

I will be going offline and in case you are using Windows 8 or 8.1 you will have to do a clean reinstall of WSA.
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
Thanks,
Daniel ;)
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
Daniel ;)
