I am not certain if the upgrade I purchased is running or not.  my webroot information icon data says I am protected and that it is doing automatic scans, but it also says the subscription is expired.  How do I get the expired notice to go away and to verify I am actually protected with the current webroot.

I think that I can help but first I need to know if the upgrade, or was it a renewal, that you purchased came with a new keycode or whether you just used the same keycode as you had originally? I am thinking that it is the former, and that what you have done is enter & activate the new keycode?

 

If that is the case and there was stillsome time left on the previous keycode then, as you have two keycodes running concurrently, it is most likely that the message that yo uare seeing is relating to your previous keycode that is effectively 'still' expiring. If I am correct re. this then the messages should stop once the previous keycode has finally expired but if they are annoying you you can Open a Support Ticket and see if the Support Team can delete/cancel your previous keycode ASAP.

 

Of course, if I am not correct then please post backwith a bit more detail in relation to exactly what your upgrade was from/to, etc., and we will try to help further.
