one of my webroot key code was already registed

Hi
I have 18 pcs ,with webroot internet security installed &everything was fine but when  I came to create a webroot console for my 18 devices ,i faced with one of my keycode is already registed ,then it does not appear on console (3devices)
am really confused with this ,so how can i solve this issue
