Password Manager - Is it local to device?
Recently switched to this from Norton. Have used Identity Safe for years as a local operation on the device. Does this work in a similar manner or are the passwords stored in a "cloud?"

The password & site related data is stored in the Webroot Cloud rather than local to the client.
