Using Windows (8.1/ IE II.0 broweser) with Norton 360 premium and Norton's ID Safe password protection.
Recently downloaded password (csv) file From Norton ID Safe. Copied csv file contents from Norton 360 ID Safe. Pasted same into Webroot PassWord Manager No error messages in PassWord Manager page. The contents of the download file seems to haved copied properly, but the top half of entries as well as the top half of the page is not available (BLACKED OUT).
I am unable to fix the problem and can't access most of the page's menue options. Reinstalled WebRoot software; no go! I am very concerned that this error could expose all of my saved login info.
Please let me know if there is possibility of data breach andor how to correct the problems.

Hi ALINE2FEW
Welcome to the Community Forums.
We had a case of this reported a while back and do get them occassionally.
Firstly, if you are referring to what I think that you are referring to then the issue is with the back office systems rather than your client as the password data is held in and displayed from the Webroot Cloud.
Secondly, I think that the only option you have is to Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team take a look at the issue for you.
Thirdly, I very much doubt that there is the possibility of data breach...but the Support Team should be able to advise on that too.
Hope that helps?
