Paswords
I have had to change my password several times because when I try to log in I get a msg telling me my password is not valid? Can someone please help! This is very frustrating!!!!
Which password are you referring to:
- The Password for the Console, which also is for Backup&Sync and Password Manager
- The Password within your software for Access Control (Required to bypass protection or to change WSA settings)
- The Password for the Community?
No worries, it gets confusing at times with different passwords. :)
If you can log into the Console, but not the Password toolbar, please submit a Trouble Ticket. There has been an occasional issue with that, and Support is needed to fix it.
