PIn security
After setting up security for the android by selecting a pin #, the phone was turned off, waited 5 min, the turned back on. the pin did not unlock the phone. Help.

Are you saying you are locked out of your Android because of the pin you put in doesn't work? You might need to call your service provider from another phone and ask them how to unlock your phone.
My best advice is you may have to boot into recovery and do a factory reset. Do you know how to do that? Your service provider can help you.

I was thinking you could go online to see how to unlock your Android deivce. if you dpn't know how.. For example if you have a Samsung or HTC, to reset your phone.Just wondering if you had support for your phone from your carrier.
