I renewed the Webroot security well before it expired as I kept getting the message to do so on my computer. It is now well after the expiration date and I'm still getting the message about renew now for $150 off. My webroot says it's active, but I'm worried about the security if my computer is still giving me the message to renew even though I already have.

Hello Ice, welcome to the Webroot Community!
I have a few questions to try to help you.
Is your renewal directly through Webroot or is it possibly through Best Buy/Geek Squad? If your renewal is actually done through Geek Squad, you will need to call them at 1800-GEEK-SQUAD.
Did you renew, or did you end up purchasing a new copy for multiple years? If you made a new purchase instead of renewal, you will need to enter the new key code into WSA and activate it. If this is what happened, please let us know. We can help guide you through this, as well as give you additional suggestions to help make the transition from an old key code to a new key code smoother.
I hope this helps!
