Hello oleo1951,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Could tell me if you are running Webroot on PC Windows or a Mac?
Hi Sherry, I recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. I al so have spy hunter installed as well.
Hi ?

Webroot should play nicely with Spyhunter I believe.

EDITED:

Have a look at this post about SpyHunter https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Internet/SpyHunter-4-found-some-threats-on-my-PC/m-p/206689#M6082

I would do a uninstall/clean reinstall of Webroot. This will only take about 5 minutes to do ok? Webroot never takes that many hours to do a scan. Webroot scans in minutes..not hours. Please try this below:

Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Let us know if this resolves your issue or not!

Thanks,
