Welcome to the Community,
Yes you should run Windows and Webroot Firewall. See this thread: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Introduce-yourself-to-the/FIREWALL/m-p/33792#M1038 and go here https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/How-do-I-manage-the-firewall/ta-p/59493
Please let us know if you have any more questions and we can assist you further!
Best Regards,
Hi Chas
Welcome tot the Community Forums.
If I may add another angle to what Sherry has advised? You do not need to use the Windows Firewall with WSA but you MUST use a firewall with WSA, as WSA only covers outbound connection and not inbound.
So if Windows Firewall is not to your taste (not sure why it would not be as it is seen as very good on the inbound side of things) then make sure that you have one, that is, installed instead.
Hope that helps further clarify the question?
Regards, Baldrick.
