Anything like a free registry tool isn't good IMO I would not trust it. Registry cleaners are extremely powerful applications that can damage the registry by using aggressive cleaning routines and cause your computer to become unbootable.
I would use Ccleaner from Piriform if you want a good cleaner.
This free software probably comes with PUAs. You can check the URL with Bright Cloud, http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php

+6Free registry fix tools are in 9 out of 10 occasions the final nail on the coffin of your OS. Don't use them and get rid of it at your earliest convenience. I regularely get to recover machines from people that use it and then mess up their machine
