Hello ? Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Sorry to hear your having trouble.
Have you recently updated your Webroot subscription?
Did you get a new keycode?
If you have a new keycode you'll have to enter that info to your online console.
You can find directions how to do that here.
If not, please look in the same place on the console (Manage Keycodes) and check to see that the keycode there matches the keycode listed when you open the Webroot interface on you computer (click icon in system tray).
Please check those and get back to us.
Hope this helps,
BD

Hi garris1a
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Is it possible that you have recently renewed your subscription as a 'pseudo' renewal, i.e., new keycode entered rather than time being added to the existing keycode? If so then it could well be that the message is in relation to your previous subscription which will continue to run down even if you have entered and activated a new keycode?
Please advise back if this is the case or not.
Regards, Baldrick
