subscription expired

My wife said she installed a subscription renewal awhile ago. Her account shows "expired." How can I make sure her renewal was installed properly and that we are good to go?

Welcome to the Webroot community.
Are you seeing the expired notice on her computer, or in the online console?
If it is the online console you will need to add your keycode to the account. If she is seeing it on the computer she may need to activate the new keycode.
