The lock icon doesn't appear on my system tray...how do I restart it? Currently using WSA Security Plus. Sincerely...RonSecure

This is usually a cosmetic issue. Typically the shield itself is actually working fine but the icon is not showing up properly in the system tray.
The padlock icon only appears when the browser is on an https page to protect your identity. Here is a Forum Reply with a bit more information on the Padlock.

In the event it turns out to be more than a cosmetic issue in your case, you should open a support ticket here.
