Have not been able to view videos on my internet home page (both Chrome and IE) - Xfinity/Comcast.  Wondering if there is a setting or feature of my Webroot product that is blocking those.

Please have a look at this User Guide 

 

For website reputation change requests in WSA-Mobile or WSA-Web Security Service, the support system is still a good choice,

but you could alternatively look up the site via BrightCloud or here and use the change request link on the left side of the results page.

May I ask if this has just started happening? And have you just installed WSA or have you been using it for a while?

 

If it has just started happening and you have not recently installed WSA then I would Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to lookminto the issue for you.
