Can you tell me if you renewed through Webroot or Best Buy? If you renewed through Best Buy then you need to call them at

1-888-BESTBUY...



Best Buy charges your card on file on on the renewal due date. Sometimes, on that day of renewal, this can happen, however it generally is resolved within a few hours. it could be due to the lag time between processing your payment and updating subscriptions.



If you renewed through Webroot you can Contact them http://www.webroot.com/us/en/company/contact-us or issue a Support Ticket as well at https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp



Finally our Community Manager @ might be able to sort this out for if you are not a BestBuy Customers. because they have a special process for Best Buy purchases - they handle all of the customer service for those purchases, They'll be able to find out what is going on.
