I downloaded Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4. Webroot gives 'W32.trojan.gendz'. I downloaded this directly form the Windows Club and earlier versions don't give this error (although they are also useless with W10). Can this be an error? I want a good tweaker but obviously not at the cost of my computer.

Happy New Year...and welcome to the Community Forums.
I have experienced the sam with UWT4 and in the past I have just gone into Quarantine, checked the item related to UWT4 and then clicker 'Restore' to reinstate it. Have had no issues as a result and therefore I think that it is a False Positive, especially as you downloaded it from The Windows Club directly.
