unable to install Just Cloud back up program. Webroot is blocking the install.
I am unable to install JustCloud. This is a cloud storage progam. Program is blocking it from being installed.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You need to take a look, within one of 3 areas in WSA to check as to whether the install is being blocked. These are :
1. PC Security > Quarantine > Detection Configuration
2. Identity & Privacy > Protected Applications
3. System Tools > System Control > Control Active Processes
FOr more information on what to look for and how to make the approrpiate settings depending on the area that you find is the cause of the block please review this KB Article.
I hope that helps...but if not please do come abck and advise as to where you are in your quest for a solution.
