Webfoot download screen pops up but won't let me update.
I put in my key code and it tries to install update and then says "failed"

Is this the first time you have ever installed Webroot? Is Webroot installed and just failing with an update? If Webroot is installed can you reboot your computer and see if Webroot will update.
