and checking their website they certainly advertise distributing WSA in your area.  A call to them may be a good start.
 
Having said that you do know that you can download a copy of WSA direct from Webroot & then purchase a key online? The download URL for the Consumer PC version is to be found here, and for Mac is found here.
 
If you decide that this is the route you want to go down and are looking for the Business version then let me know and I can provide a URL for that instead.
