Webroot tech support have confirmed my subscription has until Feb 2027 BUT in 12 days, have not been able to rectify it from Expiring!

It's a real pain & very disappointing.  I asked for it to be escalated when the ticket was a week old but still no resolution!

I've been using Webroot for close to 20 years.

Anyone else had this problem?

I would suggest calling Webroot Support by Phone and explain this problem to them.
