Webroot "gone" from mac

My account shows a laptop and  a mac, as it should be.  However, the mac was recently repaired, and when returned, the webroot program was not on it.  If I add another device, that will use my last of 3 spots on my key code?  Is there a way to "correct" a current device?  Or   Should I delete the mac from my account and re-add?  Will this then use only 2 spots?

    Welcome to the Weboot Community,
     
    I don't believe you have to Deactivate your Mac. Just do a clean reinstall and that should work.
