Hello. Was a solution for this issue ever discovered? Action Center does not show Webroot icon, it does however report Webroot is protecting my system. Thanks for your help with this matter. 😃

That would be my assumption as I did a search and didn't see any: Windows 7 Action Center

Cheers,

Daniel ;)

Are you still having this issue?  What did support say about it?

Did you try a clean reinstall with Reboots in Between? Do you want instructions on how to do it?

Thanks,

Daniel ;)

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Thanks,

Daniel ;)

just to be sure you understand my issue. WSA does show up in action center, the icon doesn't. The icon show up in W 8, not Win 7. I was under the impression this is old issue with no solution.
