I need help deleted an unnamed console on my secure anywhere account. I had used my email to use Mobile Security and need to delete the free mobile trial version and rename my paid active version.

Welcome to the Forum Community,
 
Please forgive me if I'm abit confused here. Your trial should of been upgraded to your paid version. Do you have WSA for 3 devices? Or do you just have the WSA Mobile?
 
Are you using an Android Phone or Tablet? Please provide us with some more information.
 
Make sure you have the right version downloaded for your license of WSA.  Please refer to this KB Article for help.
 
Go to your go to the Account Console and log in.  Check to see if your Mobile Device is listed.
 
Then theres' always the Support Team who can help with your Online Console free of charge with an active subscription.

I have the paid 3 device version. I downloaded the mobile app and the mobile app uses a free trial license and not my paid version.
