I have created a Webroot account with my Keycode, which the Webroot accepted. However in using the same Keycode to install my software, Webroot is rejecting the Keycode.

I am frustrated. Pls help.
Hi freekodjie

Welcome to the Community Forums.

The key question here is whether you have been able to install WSA or not?  If you have not then your issue is when running the installer as the install process will not finish successfully unless you have entered a valid keycode...so in this case you shoulr reboot your system, and run the installer again, making sure that you are connect to the Internet (required for activation) and making sure that you have your keycode to hand, better still if your keycode came by email then have the email open so that you can copy/paste the code from that...often the issue here is that one is entering the keycode incorrectly.

If you have already installed WSA then you can try activating it again as follows:

  1. Open SecureAnywhere.

  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.

  3. Under 'Activate a new keycode', enter the keycode you want to add and click 'Activate'.
If you still have problems despite the above then please get back to us or you can Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can investigate the issue for you. This is a free of charge service for users with an active Subscription.
