Webroot Secure Anywhere Internet Security wont install
I got a new macbook pro about 2 months ago and i also got webroot secure anywhere internet security from best buy. i read all the directions and i entered my keycode, my email, and my password so webroot could make changes to my laptop. ive tried installing it many, many time but it wont. it will all go to the point where it says "Installing SecureAnywhere" and it isnt moving at all. a few times i have left my laptop open and on for a long time, ive tried using my person phone hotspot, but it wont install. Ive accidentally clicked on ads that open multiple tabs that have issued warnings from the laptop saying that malware and viruses are threatening the laptop and i am really worried about this laptop getting messed up. it was very expensive and i dont want to get another one. PLEASE HELP!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues. Please do not respond to these pop up adds, They are probably a scam to get you to pay for a service to fix your computer when your laptop doesn't really have any malware or viruses,. Do not worry your computer won't get ruined.
Below are the steps you need to check and see if the pop-up blocker is enabled and disable if you choose. In the top left, select "Safari," then select "Preferences" from the drop down menu. The preferences pane will open and select "Security" on the top row. check the "Block pop-up windows" box.
You do need a good internet connection for Webroot to install correctly..
Please Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription and they will get Webroot installed for you quickly.. It might take 12-48 hours for the Support Team to reach you.
