Yes, you should enable these as they are part of WSA's protection for you when online. The Web Filtering addon provides the website rating that you will see to the left of each search result when Googling or Binging, which is likely to be the most visible of the extensions. The extensions also involve phishing protection utilising the Webroot Intelligence Network and BrightCloud URL filtering technology. (Edited)
