Webroot will not scan on my Macbook
We have a virus (malware, whatever) that seems to be operating with Google Chrome. I had it on an old Dell PC which I had to trash. Samething seems to be happening on a Macbook. I hust installed Webroot SecureAnywhere and it shuts down seconds after starting a scan. Can't get rid of this Chrome pretender.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
If Webroot isn't scanning then it's best to submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
I would have you uninstall/clean reinstall but I feel it's best to let support take care of this for you along with your Chrome issue. .
