I used the Webroot optimizer, and now many websites do not display correctly in Firefox. Rebooting does not help. What's the deal? I can't even use Ebay.

This is the first we've heard of Firefox interference due to the System Optimizer.
Please Open a Support Ticket so that we may collect WSA logs and see if it is indeed being caused by Webroot.

I have had this issue a few times and in Firefox I had to clear all history completely then it starts to work fine again it could something new in the last couple of builds of Firefox?

I don't want to spend the day fooling with a support ticket if I don't have to. I'll try clearing everything first.
This has happened before, but it always went away after a reboot.

Hi there,
That seems to be really strange behaviour of FF:8
I've been using the latest build of FireFox (25.0.1), turning on the Optimizer everyday, sometimes even a few times daily and everything is ok. Do you have the lastet version of FF?
Regards,
Mike
