what app do i use on S5? i try webroot complete from google store but it wont accept my keycode but on my menu it shows my mobile is protected. im confused. please help

    Welcome to the Community Forum eek88dj,
     
    So you have a keycode for Webroot Complete? Because you need the right version of  Webroot at the Google Play  to match the keycode. Also Look Here
     
    I have instructions here to Uninstall the mobile version Here and do a Clean install of Webroot Here
     
    Try this or you can issue a Support Ticket Here if this doesn't help!
     
    Also maybe @  could take a look at your keycode when he gets in ..in the morning and see if he can resolve this issue..
