This has happened twice to me. I'm using an Mac airbook. The program also will not close so I can delete it and install other security software. Help please.

Sorry to hear you are having these issues. I think an uninstall/clean install would help this. But since you are having difficulties in one of your other posts, I would issue that Support ticket as mentioned before. https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp
