when I try to register my my subscription, I cannot confirm, I get an error code

For some reason i am unable to register in reply to the e-mail. I get an eror code no matter what. This is from my desk top.

    Would you be able to give me the exact error that you are getting so that I can look it up for you?
     
    Edited: Are you having an error message because of your password and/or your keycode or have you registered this keycode already?
