Today is my renewal day for Webroot Security plus.  I renewed via the Best Buy Geeksquad website, paying the $99 fee.  I have not received a new key code.  While at Best Buy talking to a Geeksquad tekkie, he pulled up a screen that listed my key codes for PCs and my mobile products.  How do I access that list?  Thanks, Jim
Good mornnig bedient, welcome to the Webroot Community!

You will not be receiving a new key code with your renewal: that is the whole point of renewing in that you have no interruption of protection and no hassles in changing key codes, etc.  By the way, at the $99 renewal fee, it sounds like a renewal of both Geek Squad Tech Support and your WSA subscription as well.

The best way to locate all key codes and serial numbers for your account at Best Buy would be to give them a call at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD.  While you can find the key code for your WSA in the program itself and in the Online Console, that might not show ALL key codes you have active through Best Buy if you have not activated them within the same Webroot Console.

To check in the Console:

Log into the Console

Click your email address at the upper right

Select Manage Keycodes on the drop down

All Best Buy Subscription WSA key codes you have activated on the Console with the same email address will show here, but it will not show your other Best Buy services Serial Numbers like that of the Tech Support.

I hope this helps!
Hi bedient, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. :D

You should find a list of your keycodes on your Account . Dropdown by your email > Manage Keycodes.
