Why am I getting popup ads if software is up to date and scans have been run?
I have Installed your product , run scans and it states that everything has been removed. Issue is that I am still receiving random popups without even clicking on a site. This morning I was working in an Excell spreadsheet- not even on the internet and when I minimized everything there are multiple browzer pages open with differn't popups. NOt sure if my software is updating....
