I am supposed to be able to protect up to five computers and my cell phone. I get error messages everytime I try to do either.
Hi maryharris

You should be able to install WSA on all your PCs/Macs using the relavant installer, and entering the keycode you have for your 5 user license when prompted each time.  So please advise as to exactly is 'preventing' you for doing so...do you see or receive any error messages...and if so what are they?

In the case of you cell phone please advise which operating system it runs under as you will need to download the WSA related app to it and which one you need to download and install depends on the phones OS and which version of WSA you are licensed for.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Regards, Baldrick

Trying to install Webroot on second computer but it says installation code is invalid.

Hello @Snowhite

Do you have your keycode?

Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX

Please follow the steps below closely in terms of installing WSA on the target system/machine!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • Be sure you have or add your Keycode to your Online Console: Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console
  • KEEP the computer online during the install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE). Let us know if it is the Mac version you need
  • Install with the new installer, entering your Keycode when prompted to do so in the install process
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot

Thanks,
