Hello,
When I go to "Utilities", then "Reports", under "View Statistics", I double click on a line to see it and I get this error message:
Webroot SecureAnywhere:WRSA.exe Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc00004091) occurred in the Application at location 0x7c8e358.
Click OK to terminate the program"
Why am I not able to view the reports under each line? Can someone please advise me as to how to view these reports or is the program not running correctly?
Thank you,
Donna

- Making sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
